The Integrity Builders team works together like a well‑oiled machine to build a home smoothly and efficiently. Each member is proud to handle the duties necessary to get an Integrity home completed and ready for the client’s move‑in date.

Kenny Adams Jr.Builder/Owner President

As President of Integrity Builders, Inc., Kenny Adams Jr. plays an active role in every project. He meets personally with clients and oversees the building process for each new home, remodel, or addition, ensuring every detail reflects the company’s commitment to quality and integrity.

Kenny is also instrumental in the company’s development efforts, working to bring fresh, innovative home designs to the Northshore.

A Certified Green Builder, Kenny has served as Past President and Life Director of the Northshore Home Builders Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Home Builders Association and National Director with the State and National Home Builders Associations. His leadership, experience, and dedication continue to shape both Integrity Builders and the homebuilding Industry.

Dodie AdamsBuilder/Owner and Financial Officer

As Financial Officer of Integrity Builders, Inc., Dodie Adams ensures that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. She manages all financial operations, from banking and billing to invoicing and final closings, keeping each detail accurate and transparent.

Beyond crunching numbers, Dodie plays an integral role in daily office management and supports the team whenever needed. With her background as an experienced Design Specialist, she also assists homeowners with choosing colors, finishes, and design elements that define the home’s aesthetic.

Dodie’s blend of financial expertise and creative insight makes her an invaluable part of both the Integrity team and the client experience.

Shanna ColeBuilder/Owner

As the lead Customer Design Consultant with Integrity Builders, Inc., Shanna Cole guides clients through one of the most exciting parts of the building process: making a house truly feel like home. She brings expertise in both interior and exterior selections, helping clients choose the colors, finishes, and details that resonate with their vision of style.

Shanna is dedicated to ensuring that every decision, down to the smallest detail, enhances the overall design and quality of the home. In addition to her design role, she works alongside Dodie in managing daily office operations, keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Her eye for detail, creativity, and client centered approach make Shanna an essential part of the Integrity experience.
