Meet The Team
The Integrity Builders team works together like a well‑oiled machine to build a home smoothly and efficiently. Each member is proud to handle the duties necessary to get an Integrity home completed and ready for the client’s move‑in date.
Kenny is also instrumental in the company’s development efforts, working to bring fresh, innovative home designs to the Northshore.
A Certified Green Builder, Kenny has served as Past President and Life Director of the Northshore Home Builders Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Home Builders Association and National Director with the State and National Home Builders Associations. His leadership, experience, and dedication continue to shape both Integrity Builders and the homebuilding Industry.
Beyond crunching numbers, Dodie plays an integral role in daily office management and supports the team whenever needed. With her background as an experienced Design Specialist, she also assists homeowners with choosing colors, finishes, and design elements that define the home’s aesthetic.
Dodie’s blend of financial expertise and creative insight makes her an invaluable part of both the Integrity team and the client experience.
Shanna is dedicated to ensuring that every decision, down to the smallest detail, enhances the overall design and quality of the home. In addition to her design role, she works alongside Dodie in managing daily office operations, keeping projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Her eye for detail, creativity, and client centered approach make Shanna an essential part of the Integrity experience.
